Read Only Folders

All right, I've got this folder on my computer I can't delete. It's set as a "read-only" file. Whenever I uncheck "read-only" and close the properties folder, it re-checks itself.

But not as a check mark, but as a square, What's up? Why is this so evil that I cannot delete it?

random windows file system screw ups. run chkdsk and try and set it to repair errors.

Don't change these.
