Motherboard opinions

Gonna build a new computer, and I wanna know if you guys can recommend a good motherboard.

Requirements:
1)  Socket 939
2)  PCI-Express slot for video card (I have an X800XL)
3)  Dual-core support (Opteron compatibility if possible)
4)  Overclocking support (nothing major, maybe pump up CPU)
5)  Under $100 if possible (could probably go a little over)
6)  Not MSI or Gigabyte (I've used both;  the MSI board I have now doesn't
support overclocking, and of the 2 Gigabytes I've used, one was a POS)

And before you 'tards start in with "fucking Google", I've already done that.  I've also looked through what Newegg and TigerDirect have, but I want to hear from people who have actually used some of these boards and have more experience at this than I do, as I've only been at this for the past few years and this will probably be the last time I have the money to do this for quite some time.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I would personally Point you towards ASUS because I've never had a problem with them. A-bit is also good if there is something about ASUS you dont like. I can't point you to a specific board but I would just stick with with newegg and look for high bus speeds

>>2  Actually, I did see a few Asus boards that looked pretty good.  Anyone else?

Don't change these.
