Gamer User Profile Windows XP

Hey jerks...

I'm trying to make a Gamer User Profile in Windows XP.  I don't want unnecessary processes starting or anything from startup to run (including virus scanning).  Are there any hacks or free programs that can manage this for me?

Protip: This "game profile" with all the useless shit turned off should be your default and everyday profile, not just a "game profile".
