installing east asian languages without XP CD

Ok so I need japanese for a particular program I'm trying to run. However, I don't have my windows XP cd on hand. I've tried searching around but can't find any other source for these languages. Does anyone know where I can find a download website or a torrent where I can get this package? I would greatly appreciate it.

seriously, google japanese language pack. then use the first link. worked for me, and i dont have a disk.
