Anyone feel like helping with a choice of LCD

So anyway... I need a new monitor, after doing some background work I've narrowed my search down to these two:

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16824001209

Anyone have any opinions as to which one would be a better purchase? Or have any other LCDs in the $400 price range they recommend?

If you have the money, spend the money for a 20" widescreen LCD, I own a 21" viewsonic CRT, and I would trade in a heartbeat.

CRT's are actually damn good if you have the space that is.

Go  with a company who has a good customer support. The LCD technology is still new and need the bugs working out(i.e display protection, color drivers). I know that having a good warranty is the way to go so your wont have to pay 200+ on a silly repair. Samsung is a good company for warranty. Trust if you break you actual LCD screen it is cheaper to buy a new one (silly eh!)

Don't change these.
