My IRC is being a slut

Hey,

Can anyone help me out, I use mIRC to download files a lot, but i just download it for my laptop and when i try to download something, i get a message saying that i have to configure my DCC to accept files (something like that), I've already set the options to get files so i dont know what's wrong. Im probably forgetting something though. Help.
