Nero...what is your problem?

ok I always burn stuff with nero and I've been doing that for about 2 years. Now, something is wrong with it and it doesn't butn anything at all saying that there is power calibration error on my dvd ram drive. What is going on? Is there something wronng with my drive??!??! this drives me insane.

If your laptop is out of warranty, and cleaning doesn't work (it probably won't), you're shit outta luck.

It really sucks when laptops go out of warranty. ALWAYS get the extended warranty. I've saved myself thousands by doing this.

thanks for the advise. I whipped the drive several times with my puffy cleaning stick and its somehow writing now. Its 87% so lets see what the result is....

If you have problems writing, you can also always slow it down. My current machine has a burner that's acting up (I'm too lazy to send it in), but that's solved by burning at a slow speed.
