Slow .swf games.

Anyone know why my computer would be running .swf games and every 3 seconds or so it will freeze for a second then come back?

Movies run just perfect, but if the flash is interactive, then it freezes like that.

Tested on Bowman Dash and Way of the Ninja. It's really annoying, anybody have any ideas?
