Revert it back.

Notice how my top bar (the one with the Minimize, Maximize, and Close buttons are) is all small? Does anyone know how to revert it back to the original size that it should be?

For some reason, after this change happened (don't ask me how) my computer has been running VERY sluggishly lately and I just wanna see what's been causing it. It's sluggish even as I type this now.

Display Properties, then Advanced somewhere... You can figure it out.

As for the sluggishness, check in Task Manager and see if any processes are eating up a lot of CPU time (other than the System Idle Process, duhh). That can help narrow down the problem - you might have some malware process in there doing stuff, or some other program that's hogging the CPU. Also, check in system properties that your CPU is running at its rated speed - some setups drop the clock speed if the CPU is overheating, so you could have a faulty or clogged CPU fansink (or some related thermal problem) that's causing the system to slow itself down as a self-protection measure.
