lawl mouse sense wtf

Name: Anonymous 2006-01-21 2:21

When I open VLC or TeamSpeak, my mouse sensitivity lowers dramatically when the program is in focus, but goes back to normal when the mouse is focused on something else. How do I stop this from happening?
I'm using an mx510 with the latest mouseware drivers.

got old computer with usb 1.1 or earlier? It sounds a lot like you've got devices competing for bandwidth. Try seeing if there's another set of USB ports on your PC (usually there's a couple on you motherboard as well as any hubs you've got connected up) and connect it to those

like an usb capture device and mouse on 1.1 would mess up like that, but i havent had that happen before

Sounds like a feature to me. VLC and/or teamspeak might support a mouse sensitivity setting on the remote desktop's end. Try fucking around with the configuration is what I'd advise.

Same happened here with the mx510. Can't really help you, but having a G5 now, I can say it's fixed.. maybe it's because it uses other drivers/software though (SetPoint, not Mouseware anymore),
might wanna check that out.

Don't change these.
