Program to rip streaming video?

Any suggestions for a program to rip streaming video off of a website?  Right now I'm looking at doing this for YouTube videos in particular.

Uhh, what video did you want ripped?...

First off I just realized that YouTube actually uses Flash...  but anyways, I'm after a bunch of j-rock interviews/message clips that I'm having trouble finding anywhere else.
