I need help, All the RM to MP3 converters I can find is the same exact thing, a free trial with a thirty scond conversion limit. Help! Plz!

Since you're transcoding anyway (and destroying the quality to some degree), indirect conversion would work just as well. Play the file(s), and find some way to capture the audio stream to disk (as wav or whatever), then encode that.
