Connection Troubles

OK, here's what happened. I rebooted one of the computers on my home network and afterwards, it was unable to renew it's IP address with the router. The only change that occured before the restart was shifting the location of the page file to the secondary hard drive.

I manually entered the information for the connection to the router (IP, mask, gateway, DHCP, DNS). Windows says it's connecting just fine, yet all I can do is ping.
