currently, my bitTorrent client, utorrent is slagging at a terrible 3.4kbs.

Does anyone have any advice on optimizing this so I can quicker and better downloads out of it?

fail. This is so fucking wrong, the government does NOT agree with faggot open sores because of idiots who will claim "GPL! GPL!" and try to get source code for free. Also, the concept pf "open sores" wasn't even around in those days so stop trying to claim that too idiot.
