I use Gentoo (LOL RICE RICE). It's fast and customizable.

We used to run linux on a few machines, then I had the boss force the sysops to install windows (one sysop quit because of this). I still see some people using cygwin though. I'll have to suck up to the boss to get that shit banned too. The office will smell a lot better once all the hippos, oops, i mean hippies, are gone.
