Surely someone has invented a way to trick Japanese programs into working on Windows 95/98/Me. Easily done in Windows 2000 and XP, it seems the old crappy Os's have been relegated to the H-gameless underworld. Who knows anything about it?

95/98/me are the same family of windows and don't have support for unicode, which im sure jap progs require.
Install win2003, it'll run as good as a win98 install, and definately better than a ME install, apart from a slighty longer bootup.
