Buying new monitor

Hi guys, I'm buying a new monitor. At the moment, I'm stuck with a fucked up (I suspect that my old Geforce4 took out my last monitor and made this one vibrate as fuck down in the right corner before I changed to a Radeon9800 Pro) 15" Crt from 94. Looking for a nice flat screen around 17", got any suggestions?

I used to have a horrible 60Hz CRT and I was fine, but now I mostly use a laptop with a 60Hz screen and I do occasionally get headaches. Let's just say that it's different for everyone, but if you want to be sure just use a high refresh rate.
