I recently got the OST to Front Mission 3, and I'd like to share it with /t, but, I have no clue how. Google doesn't really help, so, what would be the best program for ripping audio tracks into MP3s?

Just open WMP and set the ripping settings to MP3, and it'll rip them as MP3. Simple.

This article has not been updated for more than 2 years. It contains obsolete information that could mislead the readers.
With the aoTuV tunings, Ogg Vorbis is superior these days. The only thing holding it back is lack of support on mobile players.
For example, here's a more recent listening test in which Vorbis wins:
