Problem

hay guys, I just built this new computer but when I start it up it restarts right before the part where the windows loading screen would appear and then it would get to the same point and it would happen again - I dont know if this is important as well but before it restarts my computer makes 5 soft beeps, or click, and I cant figure out what that means. questions? comments? thanks.

Try reseating the memory and the CPU, and do a clean install of Windows (just moving your hard drive from old computer to new is a recipe for disaster). Without hearing the beep codes I can't be certain, but 5 beeps if you've got an AMI BIOS motherboard, mean "oh fuck" (or more specifically "CPU failure").
