Catalyst Control Center

I just installed .NET framework from microsoft, then the catalyst drivers for my 9600xt. I was gonna enable TV-Out along with my dual monitors, but every time I try to open the Control Center, it says "You do not have permission to change CATALYST Control Center settings. Please contact your administrator for further help."
So, umm...how do I fixed my shitty computer?

Forgot to mention that I'm the only account on this computer.

Nevermind, I uninstalled, and installed the Omega Drivers, and it works now. Somebody delete this
