Here's a request. (Which i believe was asked earlier, just not in the way I'm thinking)

Could you add a section where you could enable the page options (quick reply, threadwatch, jump up/down) to other wakachan boards? (like iichan and such). I couldn't find out where that was done, but I did notice the custom XML and didn't know if that was for the drop down menu or where it tells your extension which boards to add your features to.

"other wakachan boards"
The extension doesn't support any wakachan boards, just 4chan. I assume you mean Wakaba (the board software), 4chan uses its own board software and it produces a very different html structure; so the extension won't work without implementing a wakaba parser. Its not a simple as just "enabling" it.

And yes, the xml is used for the menu and it does tell the extension which boards to add the features too. But as I say, enabling a wakaba board will just likely cause the extension to explode.

I may write a wakaba parser as an unsupported extra one day, but im not going to add iichan (etc.) boards to the menu (maybe allow custom ones to be added though the configuration though).

Is there anyway you can make the extension save the .css style you preffer? I preffer the Yotsuba theme to the gay theme which has been put on default.

yes
can you bundle in the futaba, burichan, and not4chan styles into the extension to override the defaults?

extension stopped working for me, i checked my extensions tab and saw an update available, i updated, still doesn't work

only thing i really like is quick reply which sucks cause now i have to actually enter threads just to put in my 2 shitty cents

Hey all,

I've been a longtime fan of this extension, but after reformatting and reinstalling it, I lost a whole bunch of functionality... I removed a bunch of XP services this time around, and I also haven't installed .net framework or any other "essential microsoft product enhancements" (read: bloat). So, can anyone tell me what dependencies does this extension have, if any and what I might be doing wrong? Thanks a bunch.

it's not the extension that's broken
it's 4chan
only /b/
probably thanks to mod faggotry

I thought that might be the case, but I'd forgotten that /g/, /v/, and /b/ are all on the same server.
