Changes:
* Caching of board/layout data so the extenons will still work when my site is down.
* Expansion of long posts without having to visit the reply page.
* Menu background fix for themes like ifox (set a background colour in the config, any valid CSS colour should work).
* a few window manager improvements.
* can now hide /i/ properly in the menu.
* can switch the mouse click behaviour of the menu (left click: new tab; right click: current tab)
* bug fixes I can't remember.

Also a minor update to fix the some menu items :( Sorry!
