friend here needs some sort of a program to lock out his roomate from his computer. he logs on somehow and then downloads any and all kind of porn and viri. any suggestions on a good lockout program?

he is running xp pro, he has the accounts turned off and his own 11 charachter password, but he still manages to get on it somehow. what my friend is looking for is something that will need a password to save and monitor stuff. kinda like what they do with comps at high schools.
