Resoring /b/ back to original w Proxomitron?

I have some filterset that disables the supposed blinking,
but the colours make my eyes ache.

Also Im using IE right now so dont suggest editcss for firefox.
(this is an old PII 266mhz+192sdram setup, firefox is hueg)

So what kind of filter do I create for Proxomitron to get /b/ using the
light blue stylesheet? Clicking burichan doesn't help as it resets itself.
