TV Tuner Card

Alright, I need a little help here. I'm clueless on the subject and so I have no idea what the better TV tuner cards are.

So could anyone suggest one for me?

I would like it to

1) Be somewhat cheap or not too expensive

2) Compatible with Dscaler

3) Have an Svidio or Composite in so I can connect my PS2/Gamecube

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

How much are they usually? Would some of them be below 50$? Or higher. Google has failed me.
