Taskbar Icons

Lately, the icons on the lower right corner of the taskbar have been acting weird. Sometimes active icons are hidden and sometimes unactive incons are visible. Other times all icons are visible. I've already checked the options in the taskbar preferences but the problem continues. If I remember correctly, this started happening after using CCleaner, but I can't say the program is behind the problem.

System tray should never contain more than 3 icons anyway.

It's called the notification area, not system tray.
