Stupid windows

I tried going to my user accounts in my control panel and a window pops up but its completely blank, not only that but when I tried to use the search function, nothing pops up at all for that. Would anyone happen to know a solution for this?

Looks like a DLL/registered control problem. I don't know of a proper solution, so consider these things which may help at your risk: Try system repair from the original CD, or install the latest service pack. As a last resort, uninstall the latest service pack and install it again.

I don't have a solution, but I know of a workaround.

1. Start > Run > MMC
2. File > Add/Remove Snap-in
3. Add... > Local Users and Groups > Add
4. Finish > Close > OK
5. Do what needs doing and close.

6. Send me money

If that doesn't work, I might know of another way so just say if it worked or not.
