hay guys,

it is possible to use a wrt54g to connect to other access points? and then plug it into your pc so you can connect to those APs via it?

oh yeah, I just bought a WRT54G. Version 5 is shit

If you're going to be using a WRT54G you have to NOT get v5. Check the packaging to make sure you have an older version than v5 because it is shit. It doesn't use Linux as an OS anymore, uses some proprietary shit. You can never EVER use it in client mode to connect to other wireless devices wirelessly.
