How do I play the Playstation 2 using my computer's screen? I have seen it done before on my cousin's pc and I can't type right combo of words into Google to get me an answer.

If you just want to plug it into the monitor, get a video to VGA converter (a little box that sits between your PS2's output and the VGA input of your monitor converting one to the other). They can be pretty expensive though - expect to pay $80+. An alternative is to get a cheap video capture card with suitable inputs, install that in your computer, and just display the PS2's output in the capture software's viewing window (which you can probably set to full screen for the same effect). Even a low budget $30 analogue capture card should fit the bill here.

Yes, as long as you have the appropriate connector lead for the PS2.
