hds and air circulation

i got a new 200gb hd + el-cheapo caddy.

My only concern is the caddy has no real air circulation (completely sealed).. should I be worried about the temperature of the hard disk with pretty much no cooling mechanism?

Hard drives function without any air flow, though I believe their life span will be shorter.  Consider installing a case fan in the back, and a small fan in the front to keep the air moving.

Next time, don't skimp so much on the case.
