Is it possible to access 4chan with a wap capable mobile? whenever i try i get a message that informs me that i'm banned...

HA-HAAA. Someone else using your provider probably got banned, but a handful of WAP phones can acess 4chan. I tried once, couldn't, but a cheap model Samsung doesn't really get into top-tier phones.

is it even possible to unban someone else who is using my provider? thanks in advance.

Use a proxy?....on....a...cell phone? I'm not sure how easy that will be, since most cell providers don't accomodate for a browser that allows you to proxy a cellphone.
All I can say is go to 4chan's site and go to a board it says you're banned on, get the IP from that page, and mail banned@4chan.org pleading your case. That would most likely open the floodgates for whoever got your provider banned, so if it doesn't stay open for long that's probably why.

Get a j2me phone and opera mini

Go into the IRC channel and ask Alternate for help.. he could probably get your phone's IP unbanned

I still have a WAP phone with Opera Mini.  I'm switching to a Firefox OS phone as I don't trust the Opera Mini servers to actually fucking exist this time next year.
