Second HDD

Is there a way to let my desktop use space from my second HDD?

Are you saying join them, so that when the first hard drive is full it will start using the other hard drive? I don't know if that will work, I don't know if it doesn't or if it's completely impossible..

..but don't call it "my desktop" ever again.

Your desktop is the wooden table your monitor lies on.

You can use your second HD for anything you want. It should be your D: drive, or something similar. Just store data there, and install programs there.

change the default location of your Desktop folder to a new Desktop folder on your second drive. That way, anything saved to the desktop is on the folder on the second drive.

You could mount the two drives as a drive array. Go to Disk Management under Administrative Tools in Control Panel and join the drives there.

Don't change these.
