Okay, so I just got myself an early Christmas gift of a 7800GT. Benchmarked it... and when 3dmark ran into the CPU tests, the white parts of the loading screen and the "skies" and similar things seemed to mess up every other frame or so. My old GPU didn't have this problem, and I'm sure as hell hoping this doesn't either. I am using the drivers that came on the CD, since I'm a bit too lazy to try and download them off nVidia's site.
Help?

Ohh, realization and more info. The stat thing at the bottom (displays FPS, frame number, and time) isn't artifacting, but become's see-through. Don't know whats up with the skies and other menus when gaming in the FEAR demo (too cheap to get the full yet).
Proc is Athlon 64 3000+

I do... And it isn't a heating issue. Just had some fun with the FEAR demo. AA and AF fixed the issue entirely. Did it so it was always like that... And hey, its fine now. But I'd still rather not have to use it for normal windows.
