Making Flash Vids

Ok, I'm tired of getting all these crappy Video to Flash converters, making an swf,  and then having a stupid ass Text right over the center of the video spotting the company who made its name.  

Can anyone reccomend a good, FREE version of a video to flash converter so I can make some flash videos without having to deal with the failure of having text blocking out the center?
