Can someone please tell me what card this is?

I picked up a PCI card today, and I'm not quite sure what it is. The one card uses up two slots. It has three ISDN connections, an S-Video connector, a "VCR VID IN" RCA connector, a "VCR AUD IN" and "VCR AUD OUT" connector, a "Desktop Camera" connector, a Mic line, and a Speaker line. It is to my belief that this card is used in a CCTV setup, but I'm not sure.

Actually, I'm thinking this was used for ISDN video conferencing. Any idea if I can video capture with this?
