Cracking software used to be fairly straightforward.  Download something, look up the serial, that's it.  Now every site I go to has spyware that uses every trick in the book to fuck up your hard drive.  What the hell.

Use an alternative browser, and don't open any lame-ass "Activate crack.exe" things you're forced to download.

Pay for your software instead. Problem solved.

I only crack software that I've paid for.  Thing is, I get pissy when I buy software and the damned copy protection doesn't work with my standards-compliant CD-ROM, making the game unplayable.  And that's when I visit gamecopyworld.

Sorry for jumping to conclusions.

The simple explanation is of course that when you're looking for hacks you're dealing with teh interbutt undagraund. Those sites that are easy to find are run by fucktards out to pwn Joe Average so they can use him in their botnets or whatever, or at best just looking for add revenues, and those sites that are actually good don't want to be found.

get torrents or use a VERY good antivirus like NOD32 or Kaspersky, along with an EXTREMELY secure browser like OffByOne. Firefox and the like are few too embedded into your computer to be safe either.

You may also want to check out 9down.com, they have thousands of archived cracks/serials as well as a very dedicated community of locators.

Don't change these.
