wordfilter program?

(Not sure if this belongs in programming or not.)

Has anyone heard of a program for Windows that can filter the words in programs like AIM and such?

no

Gaim (http://gaim.sf.net/) with the Word Replacement plugin (should come with the program) can sort of do that, although it only filters whole words. So if you set a filter for foo->bar it will change all instances of foo to bar, but words like foos, fooing, fooed, etc will not change.
