I want by 200GB!

I just got a new 200GB Hard Drive.  I installed it on a new system with XPSP2.  But for some reason, I am only able to acsess 127 GB of it.  Could somone tell me how to get the whole 200GB?  Thanks.

137GB wall.  If you have Windows XP Service Pack 2, then its a hardware limitation.
