/comp/ - Odd 'file not found' message

Yo world4ch. I've been getting a recursing error message recently and I really just can't find any solution. It reads thusly, 'Cannot find: 'file://F|\Mijn Documenten\INT25-3\UntitledFrame-2'. Make sure the path or Internet address is correct.
This Microsoft Internet Explorer error generally rears it's head when I open my primary E:\ drive. I do have an F:\ drive, but it's a DVD-RW, with no media in it.
Any input would be greatly appreciated, I have scanned for both spyware and viruses, no hits.

XP, english version. Which makes it all the more odd, as it's in a foreign language. I don't have clue where it came from, I just can't remember a point where I did something to trigger it.

The correct syntax, then, would be "file:///F:/Mijn Documenten/INT25-3/UntitledFrame-2"

If it's an English OS version, then it shouldn't have foreign words for factory folders.
