im running my computer thru my surround sound system, and im haivng issues.i dont have any other speakers,so i cant use anything else, but when i listen to music, etc. my sound is fuxxored.i beleive its playing the right side more then the left, kinda like 2 seperate mono settings playing at different levels.i generally get a hollow sound-like im listening to the music from far away in a sewer-kinda like an odd echo.ive checked my speakers, and their alright.i only get the weird sound when i listen to it from my computer.it could be my sound card........but i dont know.my equalizer isnt even helping......it almost does, but i dont know.

If it sounds hollow, it's probably a bad connection on the card or in the jack. I've heard this quite often when left and right channels start mixing signals due to a kink in a cable.

so i should try a new cable, and if that doesnt work, change the cards slot, and if that doesnt work, buy a new sound card? XD lawl

Try a different cable, maybe you'll get lucky. You'll probably have to replace the card.

Don't change these.
