requesting that annoying pop up site

years ago, I remembered a particular site that's rather popular among internet forums, where upon loading it (rather small too, think 100kb?), it'll open a new window of itself over and over and over again, at a rate that's so fast, most n00bs who don't know the alt-f4 function might not close it fast enough....

Anyone here happened to have that particular or similar annoying sites? There's this jackass who deserved it on some forum I've frequent, for trying to con everyone into clicking his stupid online-game referral link (lol u get 100 bucks worth of fake online game money when ppl kliks on it!) in a thread.
