Those are processes, not applications. It's a pretty normal amount to have running; however some of them look a bit... trojanesque to me. For example MagicKey.exe

You've got a pretty trimmed-down list of processes, there.  I only get below 200MB on my commit charge if I'm not on the i-net and can thus kill all my security processes, too.
