System Monitoring?

Name: Anonymous 2005-09-03 16:41

MBM doesn't support my particular motherboard, and i want something that will show me the temperatures. The software that came with my motherboard doesnt' do this, all it really does it shutdown my computer at a specified temperature.

My MB is an ECS NFORCE4-A939

Any suggestions on what to use?

You might try using a seperate piece of system monitoring hardware. Many front-mounted fan controllers have probes that you can install where-ever you like to keep track of your system's temperature.

i just got a cheap $20 vantec controller. i needed to tone down my 92mm tornado, shit pushes more cfm than a regular house fan. but it only does speeds, it does not monitor tempurature. I'd like to just go the software route if possible, but i may end up getting one of those all-in-one monitoring things if the distant future.
