Win XP Language

Is there any way to change the default language of Win XP?  I recently bought a laptop in Holland and the default language is dutch, I would like to change this to english.  Any ideas?  Thanks in advance.

You can change your system locale in "Control Panel->Regional configuration" IIRC, but to see Windows messages and included software in English, you'd have to install an English version of Windows XP.
