Is there any utility to allow windows 9x to see/access NTFS-formatted drives?

Second Google hit for "NTFS Windows 9x" Google, motherfucker, do you use it?

That doesn't help with the access part.  Ooh, I have read permissions.  Big deal.  I need to write to the fucker too.

Can't do it. NTFS is a bitch to write to on anything but NT-based operating systems, as it checks access permissions and user accounts when the write command is issued - and whoops, no $SYSTEM authority, no system accounts - fuckage.

True, but nobody's developing the equivalent for obsolete versions of Windows any more.

Don't change these.
