Everytime I try to view videos(MPEGs and AVIs) on Winamp, they appear fine, but if I try to resize the video window to a smaller size, little lines start appearing on the video. The smaller I make the window, the more the lines appear, to the point that the video is not able to be seen. The weird part is that this only happens with Winamp, and not with Windows Media Player. I'd use WMP to view these videos, but only Winamp plays them. Any help would be appreciated.

Winamp is an MP3 player. Get Media Player Classic or BSPlayer.

Media Player Classic for the win. BSPlayer is not bad either, but MPC has more features and takes less resources.
Make sure you're using an updated FFDShow for a complete victory.
