The torrent dl status icon never turns green ever since I entered this college with my laptop. Also, the P2P program shuts down from 12 to 4 pm. Is there any program to ignore the fire wall or any sorts of restriction from the connection provider?

P.S.: Stop using Azureus its a resource hog and BitComet is better.
