Does anyone know what program to use that will scan the your PC and list you the names of the components, RAM, processor chip etc etc? Ive been looking on google but can't seem to find a correct one.

If you're using Windows, Device Manager does that (assuming the appropriate drivers are installed already).

CPU-Z is a small and clean option. No install, no crap, just the exe and your info. Has an output option.
