Automated transfer of files across servers

I have a netcam that uploads to a server at regular intervals.  I was wondering if there is a way to get one server to copy the file (every time it upolads) and transfer it to another server automatically.  I would like to only upload the picture to one server as my netcam is running off a CDPD modem and it is very expensive to upload data.

Do you have control of the server in question? If so just write a script, if not you're fucked.
