iam haveing trouble with the gimp, ive made gifs with it before but lately it keeps freezeing up when i try to make a new animation

From your post I deduce you are a Photoshop ""artist"" thus you equally hate Paint Shop Pro and just want to draw arts and save it to your Internet so you can shot web with it later.
